How do you delete what EMCO Malware Destroyer found?

The analysis found a trojan and spyware, and when I click delete and delete custom when I quarantine and delete from there, not working properly. I just downloaded this and have no idea of it. Can anyone help me?

I felt that just because I've never heard of him and my WOT scorecard rated as a questionable site. I would like to uninstall and get SUPERAntiSpyware Malwarebytes, and Spybot and run scans with them all. They will have their virus. Be sure to update before scanning and not at the same time.
