How should I scan my pc with AVG AntiVirus Free 7.5? Why spybolt S & D is less virus Ad Aware?

is avg free antispyware anty good spyware program? thing about this tree?

I've used AVG antivirus free for 4 years. and done a better work that Norton or McAfee that I paid. I run mine every night, you can set to update and scan automatically and not swamp by its eraser as bad as Norton.
