Can anyone help me with my computer?

I have Internet problems, specifically Adware / malware / spyware (I know is not everyone). I used the Windows Live OneCare and it actually worked. To eliminate everything that is causing the pop ups and slowing certain sites. However, since they have no virus protection (through a Verizon lot!) What happened back. I need some advice on what to do. Need insurance, free, powerful, open, genuine, free of malware / adware / spyware / virus remover. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

I doubt that just returned. Probably never got rid of everything. Today's malware installed several different things. If you do not remove all of it, will only be displayed again. Get the free versions. Make sure that after installing all the programs and then update them. Restart the computer in safe mode. Then make a Safe Mode scan with Malwarebytes. Quarantine or remove anything it finds. I recommend quarantine. Then restart your computer and do an analysis Avira Super.
