malware remover malwarebytes?

before downloading this very highly rated remover I need to know if I disable My McAfee virus scan to download and run this or can carry at once? I'm talking about the free version and maintain an active exploration of this.i I clean my laptop.I only have three things to be held in quarantine because McAfee there.They captured and taken to safety as they have been encrypted, right?

the free version only detect and remove not give full-time protection, you can run with McAfee running. keep files in quarantine virus over time or make sure the files are not necessary then delete them, only worth keeping infected system files in quarantine until can replace them in the right place with the new. ☮
