What anti-virus software to get rid of megabytes? megasearch spyware?

I have Grisoft AVG antivirus latest software. I detect the MB but not eliminate it. Are there any other antivirus / spyware that can get rid of it?

most viruses spread through IE. IE is not a secure browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from viruses. i recommend using Firefox with Google toolbar. Firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on the website as well, Firefox is safer than IE browser. As you know, most viruses spread via Internet and website.
