How to remove spyware doctor from my computer?

I downloaded Spyware Doctor from the Internet last year and even made a contribution for to do so. It seems to be stuck to my processing time, and I would remove it, but when I go into My Computer and Add / Remove Programs, stubbornly not moving and the computer crashes. Any suggestions? Thank you.
