Browser opening a certain web page constantly?

When Im watching folders on my desktop to C:, elsewhere then in certain clicks (for example, when I open a folder or click the Back button) displays an error message that says my Windows files are corrupted and asks me to download some suspicious things. Then i answer yes or no, but still opens the website and try to start my download automatically. I have SpySweeper and NOD32 installed and had a profound analysis, to remove some malware, but the problem persists. What I do?
