So I think I have a virus!?

So the other day I tried to watch some porn! but said she had to download the latest version of Flash Player. so I clicked the link and the download starts automatically. after I've tried to download watch the video and I still said the same. So I decided it was a virus and deleted the program from my computer that downloaded. Since then, my drive has been doing clicking noises every few minutes, so anti download malware bytes' Anti-Malware and then installed, but when I try to start it wont do anything. than shows the symbol of burden but only for a second. I ran a scan with McAfee and it found some trojans and removed them. but my drive still makes noise open habit and malware bytes. Can anyone tell me what to do? and my internet has been very slow since this happened yesterday
