How I can remove the "personal anti-virus?

I've tried everything from trying to eliminate icon, to try to remove that file SHWS all its programs, the amount of space they occupy and gives you the option to remove, but it is still there. For Please I would appreciate any advice and that hurt my team, I'm also doing this preference to people who know what they are talking.
