Required tool for removing Virués called Spyware.007Spy?

My PC is showing virus called Spyware.007Spy when I try to open any folder on my pc I saw your file is another example of that folder with the same name and extension. exe for example, if I open my personnel file call office saw that there was another Office.exe file in that folder and when I try to open my antivirus Spyware.007Spy shows error but could not erase what I want removal tool continuing to eliminate this virus from my system, plz help me
