Those who have used BitDefender Antivirus 2009 HELP PLEASE?

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP1. I recently BitDefender found that has received the gold award in the top ten comments so I thought it is a good product and decided to try it. I downloaded version test from the official website and it works well for me at first. Scanning and protection was good and was pretty happy with it until recently. 1. Sometimes out, suddenly, it seems that the program stops responding. Double-clicking the icon in the taskbar, nothing happens. It turns gray and I could not do anything with it. 2. I found that some processes in the task manager svchose.exe such as "and" system idle process "disappeared after I installed the program. However, Windows works properly without any problem. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to solve? Please help me ... thank you very much ^ ^

Comments: first ten is not a reliable test site. He always gives top marks to the company that they pay more for each copy they sell. They changed their name a couple of years to review the top ten because everybody stuck in them. They made the room look more trustworthy, but it is sales. Bitdefender does not mean is not good. It just means the top ten can not be trusted. That said. Bitdefender is a good program. If you are having problems go to Bitdefender website and go to support, then check out to the forums or the common problems with Bitdefender. If you go to bitdefender I'm sure you'll get the help you need.
